The acclaimed singer/songwriter has recently been recognized as a first-time nominee for the 2023 CMT Music Awards. Zimmerman has been nominated for Breakthrough Male Video of the Year for his Platinum-selling debut single “Fall In Love,” which topped the charts, as well as Male Video of the Year for his current single “Rock And A Hard Place.” This Platinum-certified hit is currently at No. 2 on country radio and remains one of the Top 3 most-streamed country songs of the year in the US. The track has garnered nearly 550 million global streams, with notable national TV performances on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Good Morning America, and Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. It is also ranked in the Top 20 on Billboard’s all-genre Hot 100 chart.

Zimmerman’s debut EP, Leave The Light On, released in 2022, made a historic impact by becoming the most-streamed all-genre debut of the year and the biggest streaming country debut of all time. The EP is currently positioned at No. 4 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and No. 30 on the Billboard 200. It continues to perform strongly worldwide, maintaining a spot in the Top 30 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart and the Top 20 on the ARIA Country Albums Chart.

With over 1.5 billion career streams, Zimmerman was ranked by Billboard as the No. 2 Top New Country Artist and No. 4 Top New Artist across all genres in 2022.
